We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 14 days, just send it back for an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Full refunds guaranteed if bike is returned without scratches or marks on the frame.
Purchasing a bicycle online is a substantial investment and costly to ship. If you have any questions or reservations prior to your purchase, we simply ask that you contact us by phone or email to help clarify anything for you. It is always far more cost-effective for all parties to address technical or sizing questions prior to purchase rather than after.
We offer a “Love at First Ride” Guarantee on all bikes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund (less shipping and assembly costs*). If your bike or gear is returned in new condition without scratches or marks on the frame, we will provide a full refund. If we cannot resell your bike or gear at full retail value, we will provide partial refund based on the market value of the returned bike or gear.
Please make sure to package your order as it was packaged when it arrived to you, in order to avoid any shipping damage. You will need to pay for the cost of return shipping. This may seem excessive, but it represents all costs associated with returning a bicycle, inclusive of inspection, labor, warehouse handling, paperwork, and depreciation. We will gladly ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge.
Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or apply the appropriate credit to an exchange. Depending on your method of return, the entire process – from requesting a return form to receiving a refund – generally takes two to three weeks.

Damaged Merchandise Returns
People aren’t the only ones who get road rash. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please inspect the product inside. If the product is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us.
If you find the damage after accepting delivery, please save all boxes, packing materials and paperwork – don’t throw anything away – and immediately contact us.
