I've discovered a new love of cycling!

"I love every second riding my new C8i Alfine Disc. After years riding aggressively, bent over the handle bars of my road and gravel bikes, I've discovered comfort sitting upright that makes me crave riding it each day. It rides smooth like a Cadillac, and it's so beautiful! So many people stop to check it out and compliment on it. The color is rich like champagne, not quite the lighter pink that it appeared on the screen. Much prettier color than I anticipated. I'm 5' 6" and chose the larger frame, and it's a perfect fit. I added the double kickstand, QR Carryall basket to the front, the rear rack in black, and the stainless steel metal basket. Yes to the kick stand and front basket- soo Dutch! Yes to the rack. No to the metal basket which jiggles and rattles on bumps. I like that it's removable, but it just doesn't attach securely and takes great strength to remove. I'd love for Public to offer a dynamo light. On the whole I give the Alfine 6 stars. Thanks Public!"

Quality bike with excellent features

"Got this bike for my wife who doesn't like the geometry of a typical road bike. The ride is much more relaxed but doesn't feel slow either. The internal gearing and shifting is incredibly smooth and the bike itself just looks pretty. Everything about it is solid and it's built to last, with lots of little touches that give it a premium feel."

Very pleased

"Bicycle is really beautiful and I'm very pleased. I rode the bike twice already and the quality is so nice. In the beginning I wanted to return because it felt as though I ordered the wrong size (I am 5'6' so I'm between the two sizes), but in the end my husband and I decided it would be too much of a hassle to return and found a way to make it work for me. Conner and Dave were both very helpful with my questions and trying to help me with return. Sorry for all the trouble in the beginning, in the end it all worked out. Thank you so much!"
