    Due to COVID-19, we have implemented mandatory regulations in order to keep our employees, and customers, healthy and safe.

    Unfortunately, these new restrictions and high demand are resulting in delays to our typical fast shipping schedule.  Our warehouse team is working with minimal staff to diligently get these orders out.  Orders make take up to a week to process prior to shipping.

    We try to get orders processed and shipped out quickly after they are placed.  Because of this, all order and address changes must be requested within 1-2 days after your order is placed.  We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses.  We'll do our best to update your order, however, this may not be possible depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed. If you need to ship your order at a later date, these arrangements must be made before ordering.

    Return Policy

    At PUBLIC, we offer a “Love at First Ride” Guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with any item, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund (less shipping and assembly costs). If your bike or gear is returned in new condition without scratches or marks on the frame, we will provide a full refund. If we cannot resell your bike or gear at full retail value, we will provide partial refund based on the market value of the returned bike or gear.
