Jennifer Morla 40 X 60 Canvas

For 20 X 30 Unframed or 20 x 30 Framed, see below

A 40 x 60 poster might be the best $350 you can spend to improve to your life. I'm serous. Find a place in your home or office that will handle a big bold image. Get one you love. See it. Meditate on it everyday. Think different.

What do flowers have to do with bicycles and cities? This piece asks us to look at bikes and our public connection in a new way.

Bikes and nature actually have a long tradition of compatibility. City bikes were favored in the early 19th century because they allowed anyone to get out into the country and "smell the roses". Cars were only for the rich. Now this has reversed, bikes allow us to connect more closely in our local urban communities, and almost everyone has a car.

There are other ironies here, like the bike gear cog below the bouquet. Many of us are gear heads and techies who adore the bike for its mechanics and performance capabilities. Others of us adore the bike for its poetic beauty and romantic nature. Love, beauty and bikes come together in unique and personal ways.

Jennifer Morla, President and Creative Director of Morla Design, San Francisco has been recognized by virtually every organization in the field of visual communication. Since opening Morla Design in 1984, she has continued to pair wit and elegance on everything from motion graphics and branding to retail environments and textiles. Morlas work is part of the permanent collections of many museums including MoMA and SFMoMA, the Smithsonian Museum, the Denver Art Museum, and the Library of Congress.
