Ready To Ride

Get your bike delivered to your door 99% assembled.SHOP BIKES >If you live outside the San Francisco Bay Area, we recommend our Ready to Ride option. With Ready to Ride, the bicycle is shipped directly by FedEx to your home or office and arrives within 7-10 business days, depending on where you live. We build the bike for you 99% assembled with the wheels in place. All you need to do is unwrap the bike, complete a few simple assembly steps, and be riding in 20 minutes. Ready to Ride is also our recommended solution for gift purchases to be sent anywhere in the contiguous US for a flat shipping and assembly fee of $135 per bike. Inside the box you’ll find your bike, the seat with the seat post, the handle bars with the steering stem, as well as a parts box containing two pedals, a three-way hex Allen wrench, a 15 millimeter wrench, touch-up paint and an owner’s manual. This is all you need, other than a knife or scissors to open the box. View our assembly video: There is also a one-page assembly guide included in the box all designed to make it easy for anyone. Our friends who aren't "mechanically-inclined" are amazed how easy it is to turn and tighten the handlebars, attach the pedals and seat post, and start riding in 20 minutes after opening your box. Our expert bike mechanics do all the hard work getting your bike 99% assembled. You just put the finishing touches with a few simple final steps. Read what our customer Rick has to say about Ready to Ride: "I received my FedEx shipment today as scheduled and just got through assembling my wife's Christmas present, an orange M8. We are now a two PUBLIC M8 family. Assembly was simple, especially when I followed directions. Your tools and touch up paint set are a very nice touch, especially the way the tools match the orange bike. Slick. This direct Ready to Ride shipment option is really the way to go. You clearly take more care putting your bikes together than my local wrench turners." We also provide you 10 innovative ways to transform your cardboard bike box after you've finished assembling your bike. Ready To Ride Assembly Instructions
