We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, just send (or pedal) it back for an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Full refunds guaranteed if bike is returned without scratches or marks on the frame.
If we cannot resell your bike or gear at full retail value, we will provide partial refund based on the market value of the returned bike or gear. To make a return, please contact us to request a return form.
Upon receiving your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two cycles (as in billing cycles, not things on wheels) for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
