Two ways to get the bike you want. Where you want it.

1. Order online, delivered to your neighborhood bike shop for assembly.
   Once you order, we'll call to confirm your order. We’ll partner with a bike shop in your neighborhood, or one nearby, to assemble your bike for a reasonable fee. For between $65-$90, a local bike expert will make sure your bike is properly assembled, adjusted and ready to roll. This way you’ll also have a local bike shop for future service needs. And we’ll make sure the whole happy process happens in about 5-10 days after you place your order. If you're lucky enough to live in or near San Francisco, you can pick up your assembled bike at our 2125 Harrison Street warehouse or 123 South Park office to avoid any assembly or shipping charges.


2. Order online, delivered to your door.
   If you have experience with bike assembly and have access to a few basic tools, we can also ship your bike directly to your home, apartment or other destination. Your bike will arrive well packed in a box with a manual and assembly instructions. So you’ll need to be comfortable with reassembling and adjusting things like wheels, struts, seats and front fenders. And following our step-by-step instructions, of course. We only advise this option for people who have experience with bike assembly or who have one of those handy loveable friends who has assembled bikes before. For most people we recommend a local bike shop.
