If you're not 100% satisfied with your bike at any time, just call us. We’ll arrange an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer, no questions asked. We make this bold and genuine offer for three reasons:

1. Most of you will be buying a bike without first test riding it. That may seem scary.
   You will not know how great these lightweight steel bikes feel until you ride them yourself. You'll have to take our word that our bikes feel solid, steer well, shift easily, stop on a dime, have comfortable seats, etc. That takes trust.


2. Over the past year we have subjected our bikes to the fussiest people we know for test rides: five star reviews all around.
   We’ve asked hardcore bike racers, pregnant women, bicycle safety instructors, bike shop owners, petite girls, fashion prima donnas, and anyone else who walked into our studio take a ride on our bikes. The feedback has been consistently positive. Here’s one example:

3. You will not find better quality and value in a steel bike frame anywhere.
   Steel tubing allows for a softer ride than other materials, and it is more durable than aluminum or carbon fiber. We searched the globe – literally – for the highest quality steel bike frame manufacturer we could find. And not all steel is made equal. Our frames are made from "chromoly" steel, meaning that chrome and molybdenum (and carbon) are added to the iron. This makes for tubing that is especially strong and light. We welcome any comparison of the details in our frames, like the welding joints and the size of the tubing, the richness of the paint quality, etc. If you can find a more durable, elegant, comfortable, safe bike at these prices – you should buy it and return ours to us.
