Be the first to win and ride our new PUBLIC Bikes
We are introducing two new PUBLIC bike models this fall. These bikes will be available for sale in mid-November 2010. But before we make these new bikes available to the general public, we will offer two people a chance to win one of our new PUBLIC bikes by inspiring us with your vision of how our world will look from the seat of a PUBLIC bike.
What you need to do to enter: Tell us in ~200 words or less where you would take us and what we would do on a 90 minute bicycle trip in your hometown.
The contest deadline is November 14 at 11:59 pm.

You need to submit your entry using a valid education (.edu) email address to qualify. You must be a student attending a community college, four-year college, and graduate program to qualify. if your school does not assign .edu email addresses to their students, you can enter this College Contest but you'll have to verify your student status if selected. Also if you're a faculty or staff member associated with a school, you should enter the PUBLIC Contest.
Encourage your classmates to participate
We’re also giving away an additional new PUBLIC bike to one student attending the college or university where we receive the most entries.
That's right. We're actually giving away bikes to two college students. We'll tally the submissions we receive from each college/university and reward the highest performing school with a bike. Please encourage your classmates to submit their own entry. The only way to win this additional new PUBLIC bike is to get as many of your classmates to participate. We're excited to see which campuses has the most enthusiasm for biking - and we'll publicize the winners on our website and recognize that school.
We'll update the College/University Leaderboard every few days so you can see where your school stands relative to others:
