Public’s purpose is to encourage all of us to be more conscious of, and intelligent about the way we get around. It’s a business that will encourage modes of transportation alternative to the car (and all that goes with it). We think that high-speed rail can be pretty sexy if done the right way, like certain shoes. And we are particularly fond of bikes. But any modern design solution that increases our mobility while improving the quality of our public spaces and communities will have our support.

Public will launch officially in Spring 2010 with a range of bikes and urban gear. But we are already introducing products that are related to these interests through our Studio Forbes website. The best way to keep abreast of developments is to sign up on our newsletter and you will automatically be added to our mailing list.
